RuthNel Kids Tech Academy Terms

Adult account holder
The subscription and family account must be created and controlled by a parent, legal guardian or authorised adult. The adult is responsible for supervising the child's use of the Academy and keeping login credentials secure.
Learning service
RuthNel provides self-paced educational content, quizzes, achievements, certificates and AI-assisted learning support. It supplements, and does not replace, a school curriculum, professional advice, parental supervision or emergency support. AI responses can be incorrect and learners should verify important information with a trusted adult or teacher.
Subscriptions
Prices and included child profiles are shown at checkout. Recurring payments are processed by PayFast. Monthly cancellation requests may be sent to info@ruthnel.co.za. RuthNel's current cancellation process provides the stated access period after cancellation. Annual payments are subject to the refund/cancellation terms displayed at checkout and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, share paid family credentials outside the household, attack or scrape the service, misuse the AI tutor, or upload/type another person's private information without permission.
Children's privacy
Use of a child profile is subject to our Privacy & Children's Privacy Notice. Children should also read the short Kids Privacy Guide.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RuthNel available and accurate, but online services and third-party services can occasionally be unavailable. Course content, features and these terms may be updated as the Academy develops. Material changes affecting privacy or consent will be communicated where required.
